Vinyasa Yoga

Word Vinyasa is came from the word vi + nyasa, vi refer to varitions where inyasa refers to be in a good flow,good manner ,good path or in a good sequence .the sencronization between the breath and the movement is called vinyasa. Vinyasa is a free style yoga you can create your own flow to practice in Vinyasa yoga .the linking of one asana to the next Vinyasa is the flowing sequence of asana cordinated with movement of breath,it is one that awakens consciousness within ourselves, Vinyasa yoga trains the mind because mind is always running from one place to another and Vinyasa yoga stiils the mind from every distractions by continues combination of Ujjai (the victorious breathing),the breath movements, bandhas asana and and sequencing is the main focus of Vinyasa,it is the asana that releases the emotions out of the body.


 
 


 

Pranayama

Pranayama is a Sanskrit word and composed from the two Sanskrit word: Prana (life force) and Ayama (control the Prana). Pranayama is the awareness of breathing. The fourth limb of Astanga Vinyasa Yoga outlined by the great sage Patanjali.

Pranayama has four stages

Puraka (Inhalation)
Abhyantara (Pause after Inhalation)
Recheka (Exhalation)
Bhaya (Pause after Exhalation)

Each stage of pranayama has the effect of physical and mindful awareness.

Meditation means awareness and meditation is a way of life, meditation is a state of consciousness where mind is free from various thought and find the stillness in mind, meditation can be practiced by various method it can improve your brain and memory and show you the art of living. Meditation is relaxation. It is not about concentration, it’s actually about de-concentration. It’s not about focussing one’s thoughts on one thing, but instead on becoming thoughtless. The overall benefits of meditations include a calm mind, enhanced concentration, improved clarity and communication, and relaxation of mind and body. Adjustments & Alignments

This Asana Alignment and Adjustment. The course aims to refine and refresh the knowledge of advanced practitioners for gaining a better comprehensive understanding of asanas, and their bodies. In this course we ​​will explain how to break down an asana, how to give proper verbal instructions while giving asana, how to help your students understand and build alignment for themselves. This course will teach you how to read the students body and mind in the asana and work with them accordingly. Shatkarma

The Shatkarma are the six purification techniques mentioned in Hatha Yoga Pradeepika. Shatkarma makes the body clean, strong, free of diseases. It removes toxins and improves concentration. It improves the flow of prana into the organs.
